1.) What is the worst-case scenario that could directly arise from abolishing the Selective Service registry entirely, and having absolutely no one eligible for military conscription regardless of sex or gender?
2.) I agree with you that healthy heterosexual people should continue to procreate. And I believe the desire to do so will always be there. It has for millennia. That doesn't mean we should consider it to be a social expectation.
3.) If someone doesn't wish to participate in the military or procreate, should they be considered "disposable" by default?

If you mean that we should collectively regard "gender" in line with the belief that people should behave with mannerisms based on those traits corresponding to their anatomical genitalia -- then, yes, I believe we should eviscerate that reductionist belief. If someone's personality aligns with what we traditionally consider to be more masculine or feminism, that's fine. If it diverts from those traditional norms, that's fine too. So, if we agree that it's acceptable for there to be wide diversity in personality amongst members of the sexes/genders, let's eviscerate the corruption and exploitation while we're at it.
