The 7th Grade "core" of five consisted of three female teachers and two male teachers.

Of course, I don't know for certain...because Mrs. Johnson SAID she didn't remember which one of them had said it -- although I suspect my guidance counselor may have actually remembered which of them it was, but may have been withholding their identity from me to spare my feelings.
