Agreed with the importance of passing H.R. 1 -- but why do NONE of these federal election reform bills address the fact that some states have passed laws to allow state legislatures to have the power to subjectively overturn election results solely because they don't like the results?

Wouldn't overturning that injustice be something that no politician in D.C. would get away with opposing?
