Amanda -- I got the impression that Erica was using the term "Geriatric Millennial" as sort of a tongue-in-cheek reference, alluding to how the "Xennial" subgeneration (the youngest of Gen X and the oldest of Gen Y) experience dual-ageism from both directions (from both the older members of Gen X and the youngest members of Gen Y).
