And, in all seriousness: if these were just limited-time listening sessions/caucuses, the signage could have been a little more descriptive. Would the average person on the street (of any color) really even know what a "DEI Session" is?

One room could have said something like "Self-Reflection on White Privilege"

Another room could have said something like "Systemic Racism Forum: Black, Indigenous, Latinx, & APIDA Participants Encouraged"

Both signs could have each said, in slightly smaller print right below the titles, something uniform...such as:

"Those who are not respectful of others, or who berate the sharing of diverse viewpoints, will be asked to leave"
