And the term "GenZer" itself, in some contexts, can be ageist: not only is the character in your analogy disparaging members of Generation Z, but there is also an implicit value-judgement being made against members of Generation Y (especially if they were to juxtapose the word "Millennial" alongside of the already-phonetically-awkward term of "GenZer").
