Angela -- indeed. We can acknowledge (and learn from, and grow from) our implicit biases or moments of unconscious racism without blatantly disparaging ourselves as "racist" people or "white supremacist" people. Acknowledgment of one's unearned privilege doesn't translate to an automatic conclusion of "ALL White people are racist."
DiAngelo seems to think that anything short of White people self-identifying as "racist" is somehow the perpetuation of white supremacy. As other critics of hers have pointed out: she is setting up a deliberate Kafka trap, here.
