Are you talking about when Schumer and Pelosi kneeled while wearing the Kente cloths which they'd been gifted?

I've always wondered about that: were Schumer/Pelosi doing that to try to make themselves look like "allies," performatively, as part of an intentional photo-op -- or did they take a knee and wear the garb because they were legitimately concerned they'd offend their visitors with African heritage if they refused?
