As a gay man, I disagree on both of these counts. In the same way I don't want religious leaders dictating to the federal government that my same-sex marriage should be rendered illegal...I likewise don't want the federal government telling a baker they should have to design a specific type of cake (or a web designer should work on behalf of a specific type of event).

The Separation of Church and State works both ways.
