As far as "below the line" workers (the behind-the-scenes crew), I don't think it's a policy where they'll be actively firing White employees just to replace them with new BIPOC employees. Rather, when new positions on the ground crew and production staff open up, they'll probably be more race-conscious in their hiring practices, that's all.
