Based on the nature of their complaints, I find Bria's and Brianna's criticism of how they were (mis)treated to be 100% justified. Regardless of whether I agree or disagree with any of their individual views, I want to see them treated the same as the other VIPs who were invited to attend this excursion.

It's not like either of them was complaining about a poolboy forgetting to place an umbrella in the glass of their poolside drink. ;-P
