Charles Blow is a very pro-establishment writer. He seems to thrive on saying bigoted and incendiary things, while probably realizing he can get away with it by also integrating a whole lot of truth into his op-ed pieces...and then pairing those shards of truth alongside his nuggets of nonsense.

Quite disingenuous...but that's, unfortunately, what modern "mainstream" journalism has devolved to.
