Christopher, Davis, and Alicia -- the term "GenZer" is low-key ageist against Millennials, because it stigmatizes us even further by implicitly placing Gen X and Gen Z on par with each other as a value-judgment (failing to recognize our generation as Gen Y), especially when used asymmetrically with the term "Millennial" as a pejorative.

Just like members of Gen Y are alternately referred to as "Millennials" or "iGen," it's more appropriate to refer to members of Gen Z as "Zoomers" or "Centennials."
