First, I commend you for your humanitarian work. I don't doubt what you've witnessed in other parts of the world. But two things can be true at the same time. American misogyny can be dealt with here, while misogyny in other countries is handled differently -- there's no need to "rank oppressions" along a "Count your blessings" style of detour.
