From what I remember reading in "Keepin' it Real," I thought you'd suggested a retirement age of 65 or 67 for Black individuals to file for a one-time reparations check? -- and that other forms of public reparations (akin to a massive Marshall Plan) could be dispersed to communities across the country in the meantime?
