Hey Penguin, I have a couple of follow-up questions:

1.) Should newer writers on the platform be concerned about our number of followers, or the rate at which we are gaining followers per day? Is it fair to compare ourselves to writers who've been active on the platform for literally years?

2.) Do you ever link back to older pieces of yours within your newer pieces, and then find/observe an uptick in reads for the older linked piece if your newer piece takes off?
