Hi Satish -- being gay, I have no romantic or sexual interest in women whatsoever. But I tend to agree with Hermes, here.

I believe most men and most women desire solidarity and "Beloved Community." But the ones who don't are behaving egregiously. It becomes a toxic feedback loop.

I'd highly encourage heterosexual men of good character to continue seeking out women who share a passion for justice, clarity, and leadership. Self-respect as well as respect for their lover/spouse.

The numbers are greater than Medium or any other platform would lead us to believe. Opposite-sex signals are going to get crossed, but it can be navigated in good faith.
