Hi Wanda -- I'm currently working on a full-fledged series on the different generations (and microgenerations), including the diversity inherent within each.

As an individual Millennial, I don't hold Boomers "as a whole" responsible for it. I'm not going to rail against an individual Boomer due to their birthyear per se. I will, however, hold individual Boomers (or individuals of ANY generation) accountable for their choice to perpetuate intergenerational warfare.
