I agree that people shouldn't leave their doors and windows unlocked. That's common sense. That still doesn't give home invaders the "right" to trespass. That shouldn't absolve them of their culpability for committing the crime.

When I see people who wear extremely revealing clothing, sure, I judge them insofar as I consider how my own clothing would be modest (although I dress for comfort, not style, so maybe I'm an extreme outlier here?). But I'm not going to confront them and lecture them about it. I also wouldn't have the audacity to tell them they "had it coming" if someone sexually assaults them.
