I agree that "these people" aren't representative of what woke (as originally and historically defined by the Black community) is supposed to mean.

So what, alternately, should we call "these people"? And don't say "assholes" -- because that word is too generic, and it overlooks the very specific political weaponization in which "these people" engage.
