I agree, when it comes to the initial ARCHITECTS of those phrases.

But I'm referring to the followers who blindly subscribe to the term ("whiteness"), without really understanding WHAT it is that they claim to be talking about. If you isolated those individuals and had a one-on-one chat with them to get a better sense of where their heads were at, I suspect most of them would realize their usage of "whiteness" was intended (from their P.O.V.s) to refer to what other people call "white privilege" or "white supremacy."

They are low-info people who struggle with thinking for themselves. They're following the lead of the hatemongers who spawn phrasing such as "a malignant, parasitic-like condition" because, as meek followers, they're just desperate for a race-conscious guru to guide them.
