I agree with all of your points about toxic masculinity and the need to dismantle patriarchy.

I also am still baffled by the negative reaction people had to the Gillette ad. I found it powerful and multifaceted. But, I guess I shouldn't be surprised, when its critics have been conditioned to adhere to such a repressive worldview.

Ultimately, I still view the end game quite a bit differently than you do. You seem to suggest the onus is on men to liberate ourselves and fix the world's problems. I would counter that men need to demand that the rest of the world respect and deal with an infusion of nutric masculinity (and, yes, we need to create that infusion ourselves), and adopt the technique of collaboration that is so often associated with feminine energy.
