I agree with many (if not most) of your points about the value of teaching Critical Race Theory in schools.
However, I do encourage you to read Steve QJ's recent piece on Robin DiAngelo and his critique of her entire skewed framework when it comes to examining race relations. Many racial justice advocates and virtue-signalers are holding up DiAngelo's work as some gold standard of wokeness...when, in reality, her approach is only harming racial reconciliation more than it's helping it:
