I agree with Ms. Galloway's position that Medicaid expansion, strengthening insurance plans, paid family leave, and greater family planning access are all necessities.

Logistically, how could the Utah bill's content have been extrapolated (beyond what was there, in the form in which it passed) to take the burden off of pregnant women and single mothers by reducing those bureaucratic hoops? -- notwithstanding Ms. Galloway's proposed remedies.
