What I find dangerous is a K-12 climate where only one definition/iteration of racism is taught to students...i.e., the fallacy that racism is *only* systemic under a reductionist formula of power+privilege.
If such indoctrination is an intent of the so-called "hidden curriculum" to which you refer, then Critical Race Theory (if exclusively defined and discussed in that way) is always going to be a very tough sell to a majority of America, notwithstanding the pointed academic studies that narrowly focus on institutions.
