I agree with you that the writers never gave Rory the man she deserved (and that may have been part of ASP's intent). I just recognized competing strengths and weaknesses, alike, in all of Dean, Jess, and Logan. I'd also like to think that, even though each of their personalities was very different in respect to what Rory found romantically attractive about each one of them, any of them would have loved to "bro out" with me and not feel uncomfortable with my homosexuality.
