I definitely don't want to see Democrats become so empowered (through a perpetual overconcentration of power) that they return to being complacent and tone-deaf, when it comes to problem-solving.

On the other hand, if Republicans receive the opportunity to sabotage the Biden/Harris agenda during the second half of the Administration's first term, Democrats could end up relegated to minority status for a generation.

My tacit endorsement of current Democratic rule is with the caveat that we put visible pressure on their party to deliver, and that voters/activists always "Demand Better!"
