I disagree that wealth/income/class -- or ANY other attribute, for that matter -- is "the Lowest Difficulty Setting" by default. That's as presumptuous as when Dave Chapelle tries to center his blackness upon telling LGBT folks to "count their [our] blessings."
A big part of intersectionality, which is missed/ignored by voices on all sides, is how different attributes affect everybody in various contexts and combinations.
