I don't view it as intellectually honest to lay this primarily at Biden's doorstep. Establishment Democrats have utterly failed during the last FOUR election cycles at emphasizing downticket Democrats, especially when it comes to U.S. Senate seats. If the Senate wasn't so narrowly divided, the filibuster wouldn't be an issue and voting rights could be passed with ease.
