I guess my point about race is that there's sometimes no real consistency to it, amongst people on the Left. One minute, race is defined by which continent a majority (or plurality) of a person's ancestry comes from. The next moment, race is suddenly defined based on a person's subjective interpretation of how much melanin somebody else possesses in their skin (with that arbiter usually being darker-skinned BIPOC). It seems to often be weaponized as a matter of convenience, so that the virtue-signaler can score morality points (or the person making the argument can "win" the debate based on their identity per se).

I've never heard of people claiming that "incentive" is no longer a noun, although I certainly have seen it used as both a noun and a verb in different contexts. Regardless, "incentive" is in a different league from "transgender" because the former is merely describing universal actions whereas the latter is intended to be describing an identity belonging to an entire group.
