I had basically zero memories of anything related to the Cold War, other than discussing it in history class during the late-90s.

But you're at the front of the "Xennial" pack, and I'm on the tail-end of it. I was in the 2nd Grade when the Berlin Wall fell, and I was completely oblivious to what was going on globally. You would have been a 7th Grader at that time.

My dad grew up in Palatine in the 1950s and 1960s, amongst the Chicago suburbs.
