I hope someone with knowledge sees this question from me, and is able to answer it:

What about friend-links? Will I still have the option to generate a friend-link to a given article of mine so I can share that article with a non-member and they can read it without hitting the paywall? -- hopefully, with the goal of enticing them to actually join Medium as a paid member.
