I read the piece, and it was 100% reasonable, in my opinion.

So many of the people who had a problem with Colin kneeling during the Anthem clearly belong to a cult of faux-patriotism...and, sadly, I'm not sure there's much we can do or say to change their minds.

The next-best remedy is the rest of us outnumbering them, and figuring out the systemic solutions.
