I read your article, and it didn't convince me of anything other than your apparent desire to regulate people's thought diversity (heterodoxy), cloaked behind a facade of "kindness" and "rationality."

How is it harmful for someone to say, "I believe in a different genesis of the universe than you do, and I have different theories on what we perceive to be supernatural than you might. And you know what? -- that's okay! I'm not going to try to convert or indoctrinate you with my religious beliefs, the same way I would hope you won't attempt to pressure me into subscribing to atheism. So, instead, why don't we work together to find areas of consensus based on science, philosophy, and morality where we CAN agree on common solutions, and work forward from that point?"
