I realize you're just using this as a hypothetical, to make an analytical point -- but such a proposal is obviously heterosexist, ageist, classist, and ableist.
So, I'd say those four "-isms" also apply to the overturn of Roe v. Wade, in addition to the overturn being misogynistic. That enhances the case to be made that this overturn is bad for the country, and why we need to elect more lawmakers to reverse the oppressive ruling.
