I see two potential obstacles here, and I'm curious to hear your thoughts on them...
If there's an arbitrary cutoff age for direct compensation, how do you respond to Black citizens who'd fall one or two years below the cutoff year and say, "Where's my check?"
Secondly, what would be done for Black individuals who are unable to prove their genealogical/ancestral lineage to the Office of Reparations, due to lack of documentation?
