I think it seems as though "everybody" is willing to be complicit through silence because nobody who rejects this specific-and-narrow definition of "racism" quite knows how to articulate the more common sense position.

I just lay out the delineation of systemic racism vs. social racism vs. cultural racism -- as per my previous reference, elsewhere in your Comments Section, when I agreed with Laquesha's earlier point. But then, I'm not on the New York Times Bestseller list (with people paying me multiple figures to lead workshops on how to "be less white"), so what do I know...???
