I think you misunderstood what I was getting at, with my reference to "equity."

I was mocking the people who use "equity" as a buzzword without really defining or explaining what, specifically, they mean when they say "equity" in the first place.

It becomes sort of a nebulous reference, where the hyperwoke voices expect you to read their minds via their verbal shorthand. Sort of like the ubiquitous tossing-around of the term "whiteness."

The more something is used for undefined purposes, the less meaning it ultimately has.
