I think your assessment of the Biden/Harris mentorship is the most accurate. In my view, the biggest obstacle Vice-President Harris faces is her lack of people skills (e.g. her public awkwardness, as you cited from the Holt interview). These can be worked on and improved. To what extent she succeeds in increasing her popularity will determine her electoral fate in 2024 and 2028.
