I think Zoomers are seeing how Millennials and even GenXers get berated by older generations for "not doing enough" and not doing it "fast enough" with the college degrees we'd rightfully earned, in terms of our careers.

Gen Z, understandably, wants no part of the anti-youth ageism that has been plaguing our society pretty much since the beginning of time.
