I would argue that all lesson plans should be published online, controversial or not.

I haven't seen many cases where journalists disclose the name of a minor who has been charged with a serious crime -- unless the kid is convicted and gets sentenced in some form of detainment. When newspapers publish the names of kids under the age of 18, it's usually for positive stuff.
