I would say that Xers, Millennials, and Zoomers all have positive attributes to contribute to the workforce. Let's emphasize the positives, so that when the Alphas/Coronials (Gen AA) enter the workforce, they aren't jaded by the perceived/inflated "failures" of Gens X, Y, & Z.
