I wouldn't say misandry is "more" prevalent within systems. Rather, I'd argue that misandry has gained a foothold in systems while misogyny still dominates those same systems -- whereas, in cultural and social context, both misogyny and misandry are competing for the title of "humanity's worst enemy."
