I'd actually argue that using the word "racism" to refer ONLY to systemic forms of racism is, in fact, exclusionary at its core. It ignores people's lived experiences just as much as do the flawed premises that "Systemic racism doesn't exist" or "Racism isn't much of a problem, anymore." It's a tactic being employed by people with a very specific agenda to push.

These people love to float the term "reverse racism" so that it's easier for them to attempt to discredit it -- under the pretense that (in their minds) White people can *NEVER* experience *ANY* form of racism whatsoever.

That's just plain wrong.
