I'd love to see an expanded or extrapolated follow-up to this piece, that walks organizational leaders through the process of what greater transparency can look like -- obviously, with real-life examples to draw upon (in terms of the nuts 'n bolts they'd assembled, to get closer to their goal) since the differences from one organization to the next will require that a transparency-attainment process isn't going to be one-size-fits-all.
