If it wasn't for the fact that I'm socially-isolated at this particular juncture of my life, I probably *would* have a small line of guys hitting on me. I don't know if the attraction would always be reciprocal, but the potential could be there. I guess it would depend on how many unsavory types were amongst their ranks.

The infuriating thing is the microaggressive comments or body language that certain people feel entitled to make, as though they're somehow obligated to broadcast for the rest of the world how I'm not "their type." I imagine you feel similarly perturbed when people in whom you have no interest bombard you with unrequited attention, and they just won't take no for an answer?
