If someone tells me that I'm racist or sexist (or any other "-ist") -- I ask them what specifically I've said or done that is racist/sexist/bigoted/etc. so that I can apologize and hopefully correct my behavior in the future.

If they respond simply with "It's not my job to educate you; go read some Robin DiAngelo..." -- then I know they're trying to weaponize my identity against me.
