If you are referring to the percentage/proportion of men being propositioned by women (as opposed to women being propositioned by men), then I'd agree with you. If we're including same-sex propositions, on the other hand, it's a grayer area.

If you're expanding that sentiment to include other forms of physical abuse, harassment, rape/violence, etc. -- then I'd have to challenge your usage of "WAY less often" because you don't have any reliable data to back that up.
