If you want to pride yourself on being "blunt to the point of rudeness," that is a conscious choice on your part. In fact, I can relate, on some level. To an extent. But you're going to get nowhere with people if you don't even attempt to meet them halfway.

Throughout this entire exchange, you've been combative and contrarian. You don't LISTEN. When I try to clarify things or dig deeper into your thought process or offer up constructive food-for-thought...you just try to steamroll over me. I'm obviously not the only person toward whom you behave in this manner...otherwise, your name wouldn't be invoked so negatively within so many other Medium writers' articles.
