If you're encouraging me to write other content more frequently calling out male public figures who abuse their platforms and their power -- then point taken. I should certainly make a more conscious effort to do so.

Don't lecture people about "getting their feelings hurt," though. That's reductionist -- and it's intellectually dishonest for you to chalk it up to such a banal talking-point. You have no idea what other men (and boys) have been through in our lives, and how we see it reflected in your words and actions...the same way I haven't walked in your shoes and lived your life.

So, if you want your perspective listened to, so badly...how do you expect us meet that commitment when you've shown, over and over again, how unwilling you are to do the same?
